client history and consent form:

  • Before your treatment, you will be required to complete and sign a client history and consent form. This confidential information is essential for your safety and comfort, as well as for maintaining our professionalism and meeting insurance requirements.

hygiene and safety:

  • Your treatment will be conducted under the strictest hygienic practices. All sharp instruments are disposable and will be safely disposed of after use. Your safety is our utmost priority.

photography and privacy:

  • We take “before and after” photos and videos of your treatment. For your privacy, we do not use full-face images on our social media unless you specifically request it. If you prefer not to have your photos used on social media, please inform us, and we will respect your wishes. The photos shared on social media are solely to showcase our work.

post-treatment care:

  • If you experience any reactions or have concerns after your treatment, please contact your artist immediately for further consultation.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions when booking your appointment, as certain treatments may not suit you. If you use topical skin medications, activated skin creams/serums/cleansers, or acne medications, you must inform your brow stylist at each visit.

  • To ensure your safety, health, and the best results, please adhere to our aftercare advice.

expectations and professional guidance:

  • It is important to have realistic expectations regarding the results of your treatments. We encourage you to discuss achievable outcomes with our therapist or health professional.

pre-treatment considerations & terms and conditions:

  • Please read the “Pre-Treatment Considerations” and our “Terms and Conditions” before attending your appointment to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.

reactions and infections:

  • Reactions and infections could occur up to 48 hours after your appointment. By booking with Preserve Aesthetics Sydney, you release Nurse Jamae and Preserve Aesthetics Sydney from any liability resulting from treatments, including waxing, tinting, lash lifts, skin treatments, cosmetic tattooing, and cosmetic injectables.

cancellation policy:

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.

late cancellation fee:

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of $100. If you have made a booking deposit, it will be credited to your account for future treatments.

no show fee:

  • In the event that you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, we reserve the right to apply a 'no-show' fee equivalent to half of your scheduled treatment cost.

  • For new clients where a treatment cost has not yet been established, a no-show fee of $250 will be applied. Additionally, the $50 deposit required to secure your appointment will be forfeited in the case of a no-show. This deposit is usually reimbursed and applied towards the total cost of your first treatment.

  • We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to uphold a consistent standard of service for all our valued clients. payment surcharge policy

  • Please note that a 1.4% surcharge applies to all EFTPOS payments made using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. This surcharge is implemented to cover the additional processing fees charged by these payment providers. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
